1. What payment methods do you accept?
     At this time we accept money orders, certified checks, cash, and Paypal.

2. Can orders be picked up or shipped?
    

All of our orders can either be picked up at our place of business or we can ship the item to the customer's location. However if we ship the product the customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee.

3. How can the company be reach if customers have questions about a specific product or service?
     We can be reach by the customer entering their information in the contact us link on our website or the customer can contact one of our staff at anytime either by our email address at info@enchantedrosecrafts.net or by calling us at 614-477-6422.

4. What do we mean by custom ordered products?
    

At Enchanted Rose Crafts we want the customer to be satisfied with the product they are getting so we let the customer pick out their color schemes, the semi-precious stones, beads, and/or pendants that they want for their jewelry, rosary, or prayer beads.

For our ceramics we let the customer pick the piece they want and the color scheme and technique that is used on each piece.
